How far in advance do I need to place my custom order?
We recommend placing your custom order at least two weeks in advance of your desired delivery date. This allows us ample time to create your chocolates to your specifications. For larger orders, more lead time may be required.
Can I make changes to my custom order after it has been placed?
If you need to make changes to your custom order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes depending on the production schedule, but changes may not be possible once production has begun.

Are your chocolates completely handmade?
Absolutely! We create all our truffles, pralines, and chocolate bars in small batches by hand. This process involves carefully decorating the molds, crafting exquisite designs, infusing natural flavours, and blending chocolate with fruits, nuts, or cream. Each recipe is meticulously piped by hand, ensuring that every piece reflects our artisanal commitment.
How should I store my chocolates?
To maintain the freshness and quality of our chocolates, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odors. Ideally, keep them between 15-18°C. Avoid storing chocolates in the refrigerator as this may cause them to absorb moisture and odors.
How long do your chocolates last?
Our chocolates are best enjoyed within 2-3 months of purchase. Since they do not contain preservatives, their freshness may diminish over time. For chocolates that are freshly made to order, the shelf life may be shorter. We recommend checking the "Best Before" date on the packaging to ensure you enjoy them at their peak freshness.
Do you make your chocolate from cocoa beans?
No, we do not make our chocolate from cocoa beans. Instead, we use premium couverture chocolate, which is a high-quality chocolate with a higher cocoa butter content. This allows us to achieve superior flavour and texture in our products while ensuring a rich, indulgent experience. We are always exploring new couvertures to combine with unique flavours, enabling us to craft fresh and exciting chocolates for our customers.
Ordering & Shipping
How soon will you send me my chocolates?
We typically process orders on most weekdays and aim to dispatch them within 2-4 business days, although processing times may be extended during warmer weather.
What are your shipping options?
You can enjoy free collection from our home address, where all the chocolate magic takes place. If you prefer delivery, we provide a standard shipping option for all our artisan chocolates, typically dispatching within 2-4 business days. Please note that processing may take longer for larger orders, during warmer days and festive season. We also offer free delivery on orders over £50 (terms and conditions apply). The shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. However, we are working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations. Stay tuned for updates!
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Policies & Customer Service
What is your return and refund policy?
Due to the perishable nature of chocolates and in the interest of safety and hygiene, we have a strict no-return policy. Refunds are only accepted if items are received defective, damaged, or incorrect, and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. If you cancel your order after confirmation, a 50% deposit will be non-refundable. As a small home-based chocolate business, we work hard to ensure every order meets the highest standards of quality. Please note that since all our chocolates are made by hand, there could be slight variations in shape and size.
